About Renu Academy
Meet Your Trainer
Kristeen Geddes is an experienced Registered Nurse, Independent Nurse Prescriber, clinical educator and founder of Renu Academy. With more than 18 years of experience within the medical aesthetics and skin industry, she has built her career around advancing clinical standards, supporting practitioner development and promoting safe, evidence-based practice.
Throughout her career, Kristeen has trained and mentored hundreds of medical and aesthetic practitioners. She previously worked as a Regional Associate for Teoxane and as a trainer for ZO Skin Health, delivering education in advanced aesthetic treatments, skin health and patient-centred treatment planning.
Alongside her work in education, Kristeen is the Director of Renu Health and Wellness in Dundee, where she combines her experience in clinical dermatology, dermoscopy, minor surgery, medical aesthetics and skin health. Her approach focuses on achieving natural, clinically appropriate outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, ethics and professional care.
Kristeen has also contributed to the wider evidence base within the industry, having published two peer-reviewed journal articles. Her work is driven by a passion for clinical excellence, innovation and mentorship, helping practitioners build confidence, strengthen their knowledge and deliver consistently high-quality patient care.
